Job Description: Product Manager

- Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business goals, ensuring timely execution and launch.

- Establish KPIs for product development and post-launch performance, monitoring and reporting on progress regularly to stakeholders

- Identify market trends and customer needs to develop high-impact features.

- Optimize user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.

- Improve UI/UX for better engagement and usability.

- Implement marketing automation and CRM strategies for lifecycle management.

- Utilize analytics (PowerBI, SQL) to track performance and drive data-backed decisions.

- Thorough documentation of processes, workflows, and product requirements by creating and maintaining detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and other related documentation.

- Determining improvements to product features.

- Enhance mobile/web product performance and usability.

Educational Qualification: Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Business Administration or Engineering

Experience: 4-8 years of experience in product development
