Job Description:

- The Finance Manager will oversee daily financial operations, including accounting and cash flow management.

- They will prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and trends.

- The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization and revenue growth initiatives.

- The Finance Manager will manage and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, clients, and investors.

- They will ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

- The role will also require leading the month-end and year-end close processes.

- The Finance Manager will mentor and guide junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- The role includes MIS & Data management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying receipts.

- Additionally, the Finance Manager will verify all key deal terms (Agreement Amount, Tenure, Interest Rate etc.) and require proficiency in Tally or other software.

Competencies:

- The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in MIS, Advanced Excel, attention to detail, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Educational Qualification:

- A Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required.

- CA or MBA in Finance is preferred.

Experience:

- 3-4 years of experience as an accountant.
