Religare Housing Development Finance - Senior Manager - Taxation - CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Assistance in Income tax assessment and GST audits which include analysis of data, drafting of detailed legal and factual submissions, end to end execution of submissions, drafting statement of facts and grounds of appeal for filing appeal. The candidate should have research capabilities and excellent drafting skills;

- Representation before Income tax department and GST department for assessment, audit, rectifications, appeal effects, refunds, responding to various other notices;

- Income tax compliances such as advance tax, TDS compliance, income tax computations/ return filings, tax audit report, monthly tax provisioning;

- Vetting of agreements from tax perspective ;

- Providing opinion on various direct and indirect tax matters;

- Briefing of facts to tax counsel w.r.t to litigation pending at CIT(A), GST appeals, CESTAT, ITAT, High Court and Supreme Court;

- Lead and supervise GST compliances and GST related reconciliations.

- Would be responsible for filing GST returns on timely basis;

- Coordination with auditors, tax consultants, internal and external stakeholders with day to day activities and queries in relation to new/existing business line or products.

Qualification & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant with 4-8 years of post-qualification experience in managing direct tax and indirect tax related matters and having good drafting skills.
