Qualification - B.E. / B.Tech
- Ensure safety compliance across all O&M sites through proactive training, hazard awareness programs, and zero-tolerance adherence to PPE norms; drive a culture of safety through reporting and closure of unsafe acts/conditions.
- Manage end-to-end city-level P&L, delivering margin targets through effective cost management and optimization.
- Drive business renewals, ABP (Annual Business Plan) preparation, and execution.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support asset acquisition targets.
- Oversee dotted-line reporting of execution teams, ensuring effective role clarity and responsibility management across all live sites.
- Ensure statutory compliances and timely reporting via digital platforms (e.g., Legatrix).
- Build strong client relationships, understand expectations, identify value-addition opportunities, and deliver customer delight through timely and quality service.
- Investigate technical, commercial, and HR-related site issues, develop improvement plans, and lead their execution to enhance service standards.
Manage contractual manpower, contractor deliverables, statutory obligations, and address local issues effectively.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices, MIS reports, and 100% adherence to the monthly collection plan. Conduct monthly MIS reviews with clients to monitor satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
- Demonstrate strong man-management and communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively lead teams and engage with stakeholders.
