Objective: Planning for sales and purchase for entire private label and buy & sell the business Roles and responsibilities: - Build OTB plans for full-year with quarterly revisions - Deploy processes to ensure adherence to the above plans in terms of range plans, POs and inwards - Build range architectures for each category basis customer needs in the market and drive them to closure - Build and drive frameworks around discounting, catalog size, inventory depth, visibility requirements to deliver required sales and margin - Ensure cataloging processes are in place and time to catalog is minimized KPIs: - Sales and margins for private label and buy & sell the business - OTB consumption to plan - Inwards tracked to plan - Inventory health (Stock cover, Ageing, Non-live inventory) - Time to cataloging
