JD - Growth Product Manager - Identify and build the growth levers that can help for increase its new user growth trajectory - Strong data-driven approach to identify the highest potential areas across the product experience - Work closely with multiple team across tech, ops, service, legal compliance etc. to get multiple programs/ offers in market. - Ideate and influence senior management to agree on identified levers and then focus on sharp execution of programs/ offers - Test variants of those experiences/offer/channel/segments for nonlinear growth - Develop a rapid pace of testing, learning, iterating on many tests in parallel to unlocking growth - Understanding of how social channels face-book, twitter, etc. work, and how best to leverage them in pursuit of growth - Strong consumer instincts to ensure that your testing is focused and has a high likelihood of being successful - Ability to work closely with Tech on experience related development and enhancements.
