Responsibilities:

- This role ensures to plan, develop & execute the programs on Sales Excellence and sales support & enhancement activities.

Strategy and Planning:

- Understand business cycles and devise methods/programs to drive growth.

- Create tracking tools based on available resources and optimize the tracking vs execution gaps.

- Create SOP and TATs and align with cross functional teams.

- Work as central coordinator for all support needs and cross functional alignments for business.

Key Program Execution:

- Overseeing Order management gaps - own order to delivery visibility and communicating SLA, service gaps to team.

- Identifying loss of business opportunities and proactively designing mechanisms to enhance business experience with customers - direct primary orders.

- Ensuring sales, visibility, communication and stock availability, merchandising items tracking of new launches.

- Driving New product launches and tracking efficacies and gaps - aligning with relevant stakeholders.

- Implementing digital tools and services to help in collating project progresses at regional level.

- Ensure effective execution of promotion & engagement plans - timely claim settlement.

- Analyse customer insights, market intelligence, competition benchmarking and launches.

Stakeholder Management:

- Partner with Regional Heads & RTMMs to plan trade marketing initiatives.

- Partnering with Regional capability teams to align team development activities.

- Alignment with demand planning, customer experience, logistics, commercial and category on key bottleneck resolutions.

People Management:

- Articulate key performance indicators and competency requirements for team members

- Hold regular communication meetings with team to share organizational updates, functional priorities, performance updates, resolve issues, etc.

- Lead, motivate and mentor direct reports.
