Job Title: Real Estate Marketing Manager
Purpose / Role Overview:
The Real Estate Marketing Manager leads the planning and execution of marketing and brand-building efforts for real estate projects (residential, commercial or mixed-use). The aim is to generate qualified leads, build brand visibility, support sales conversion, and position projects effectively in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement marketing strategy : plan comprehensive marketing strategies (both online and offline) tailored for real estate projects. Includes identifying target audiences, customer segmentation, positioning, brand messaging.
- Digital marketing & online presence : manage website content, SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, paid ads, display advertising. Build and maintain social media presence.
- Offline marketing & traditional advertising : plan and execute offline marketing: print ads, brochures, flyers, outdoor advertising, events, property launches or open-houses, roadshows, exhibitions.
- Marketing collaterals & content creation : oversee creation of marketing materials like brochures, floor plans, 3D renders or walkthroughs, project videos, project-specific presentations, ads, and other promotional content.
- Market research & competitive analysis : conduct market research to understand demand, demographics, pricing trends, competitor offerings; use insights to guide marketing and pricing strategies.
- Lead generation & sales support : collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing aligns with sales targets; generate leads, nurture them, and support conversion by providing marketing-generated collateral, project materials, and sales-enablement content.
- Campaign performance tracking & reporting : measure and analyze effectiveness of marketing campaigns, monitor KPIs (leads, conversions, ROI), prepare regular reports, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Stakeholder & vendor management : coordinate with internal teams (sales, design/creative, operations) and external agencies/vendors (advertising agencies, media buyers, creative/design vendors) to execute campaigns and deliver materials on time. nishconrealty.com
