Description:
Broad Role & responsibility:
- Capital Project planning and budgetary control for 5000 Cr +
- Partnering with Project team to review the actual spend and prepare robust capex forecast
- Populate Demand Vs Capacity analytics and Partner in capacity network planning
- Project Evaluation for Mega Capital project and complete the Project financial and share insight for decision making.
- Partner Procurement in negotiation with vendor on commercial terms for Capital Project
- Analyzing Govt incentive scheme for Mega Projects & create various financial structure to maximize incentive
- Review of Commercial terms of agreements, laisoning with Legal team and CFO approval there off for existing co-packer
- Visit to factory visit to get insight of Business and cost /Capacity Optimization
- Capacity Utilization Review and review the loss tree
- Anchor Cost saving Project - evaluation of saving potential
- Cost savings review and governance
- Support SOP drafting and review
- Process simplification and improvements ideas generation and implementation
Experience for Project finance leads:
- Experience of Manufacturing / Supply Chain/ Capital Budgeting role
- Experience of Capital budgeting/ procurement finance role
- FMCG & Consumer Durable industry experience
- Excellent in Excel, PPT & working knowledge of AI
- Excellent analytical skills, able to narrate story line
- Have experience of managing senior stakeholder & team of 4-5 individual
