Description:
Business Partner:
- Partner with business and regional leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives
- Work closely with functional/regional leads on variety of matters including manpower requirements, policy interpretation and application, talent management and development and organizational design/restructuring
- Understand and anticipate the need for change in the organization (pertaining to people related matters), diagnose the underlying issues and build the case for change with relevant stakeholders

Talent Management:
- Facilitate and support business change and performance across business through the implementation of an effective people strategy
- Conduct ongoing supply and demand analysis for all the functions on current and future staffing and skills needs
- Deliver talent management practices that attract and develop high-potential, diverse talent for the business units
Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Support employee engagement strategies in response to business needs and employee survey feedback
- Facilitate investigations pertaining to disciplinary and/or fraud cases as appropriate and ensure satisfactory remediation and closure
Workplace well-being:
- Ensure a fair and inclusive workplace for employees by serving as the employee champion and ensuring resolution of all employee concerns in line with internal policies and regulatory compliances
- Partner with the business unit leaders to ensure that employees are treated in an equitable and consistent manner on the lines of overall organisation policies and practices
People Management:
- Lead, motivate and mentor direct reports beyond immediate functional responsibility to improve employee NPS and nurture talent
- Be a role model for employees by aligning actions and day-to-day behaviours in accordance with RCPL cultural tenets & overall organisation values & behaviours
- Articulate key performance indicators and competency requirements for team members;
- Oversee execution of HR policies relevant for their team including hiring decisions and performance management
