Description:

Strategy and Planning:

- Provide inputs to the Business Head to form concrete plans for Portfolio Management, Growing Existing Business Lines, NPI Planning and RTM roadmap

- Develop the monthly business plan including Topline targets and input planning at SKU x Geography level basis guidelines from the Business Head

- Assist the CL in RTM and GTM planning basis category and market understanding

Business Planning and Execution:

- Deliver Monthly Business Topline and Manage Spends in line with approved budgets for the month

- Drive growth in Numeric and Weighted Distribution, SAH and consequently Market Share

- Anchor execution of Category Specific Market Interventions in coordination with Cross Functional Teams and External Vendors. This includes NPI rollout, BTL execution, Spends Management, Product Training

- Vendor management including scouting, empanelment, project management and Fin Ops (PO creation, invoicing, payments etc)

Industry Insights and Data Analytics:

- Data Analysis and Mining to share insights pertaining to industry, category and competition

- Analysis of Sales and Productivity data and recommend market level action steps to drive improvement

- Anchor the S&OP process to ensure Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Management across nodes to Minimize Ageing

- Track Stock Position across nodes and drive Continuous Availability

- Liaise with the Trade Marketing and Sales team to publish relevant trackers (Sales Tracker, New Launch, Scheme Utilization, POSM Implementation etc.)

Policies, Processes & Procedures:

- Cascade and Drive Adherence of SOPs pertaining to GTM/ BTL execution, Inventory Management, Pricing, Schemes and Claims Settlement, NPI Process

- Ensure Adherence by Self and Team to Organization wide business SOPs
