Role Overview: We are looking for a campaign manager with experience in FMCG or consumer brands to drive online business growth across quick commerce, marketplaces, and e-commerce platforms. The role will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end campaigns, optimizing visibility, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize sales, traffic, and ROI. Role & responsibilities: - Develop annual and monthly campaign calendars aligned with key business priorities, new launches, and seasonal/festive moments. - Collaborate with Category, Brand, Sales, Performance Marketing, and Key Account teams to deliver integrated campaigns. - Manage and optimize paid campaigns with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, and LTV. - Drive continuous experimentation through audience segmentation, bidding optimization, and creative performance. - Monitor campaign KPIs including GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, traffic, share of search, add-to-cart rate, and sales uplift, and recommend optimization actions. - Coordinate with creative, content, and agency partners to ensure timely execution of campaign assets and platform-specific creatives. - Analyze campaign performance using GA4, AppsFlyer/Adjust, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools to generate actionable insights. - Ensure seamless execution across campaign planning, budgeting, reporting, and post-campaign performance review. Preferred candidate profile: - Experience in E-commerce, Digital Commerce, within FMCG, D2C, or Consumer Internet companies. - Experience working with Quick Commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart) and leading marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart). - Strong understanding of e-commerce merchandising, digital shelf optimization, promotional planning, and retail media. - Hands-on experience with campaign analytics, performance dashboards, and marketplace reporting tools.
