Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Territory Manager to lead and drive sales performance across the assigned territory. This role requires an entrepreneurial, people-first leader who can build, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams while delivering consistent business growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to the Agency or Partner Channel, with the ability to translate strategy into execution on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive sales performance for the assigned territory, ensuring achievement of revenue and growth targets
- Build, lead, and manage a team of entrepreneurial sales leaders and advisors
- Develop and execute territory-level business plans aligned with overall organizational goals
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, productivity, and retention of the sales team
- Establish and strengthen long-term relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines
- Review performance metrics regularly and implement corrective actions to improve outcomes
Experience & Qualifications:
- 47 years of experience in the Agency vertical or Partner Channel (mandatory)
- Proven track record in team handling and territory-level sales ownership
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of sales planning, target management, and business development
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
