Reliance Group - Project Management Officer

- Define and institutionalize project governance frameworks, policies, and processes across the solar business.

- Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for all ongoing and upcoming projects.

- Drive best practices in project planning, execution, risk management, and quality control.

- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of strategic solar projects - from feasibility and planning to execution and delivery.

- Ensure alignment of projects with business strategy, financial goals, and regulatory requirements.

- Act as a bridge between leadership, project teams, and external partners.

- Partner with internal stakeholders (engineering, supply chain, finance, operations, regulatory) to ensure project milestones are met.

- Present updates, progress reports, and risk assessments to senior leadership and governing boards.

- Engage with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and timely execution.

- Build and mentor a high-performing PMO team.

- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

Education:

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Energy/related fields.

- MBA/PGDM in Management/Operations (preferred).

Experience:

- 12-18 years of experience in program management, PMO leadership, or large-scale infrastructure projects.

- Prior exposure to renewable energy, solar, or power sector highly desirable.

- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects worth multi-crores.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (PMP/Prince2 certification preferred).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial acumen.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight timelines.
