Role Overview:

We are hiring Insurance Managers to build and manage high-performing insurance sales teams. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about people management and business growth. The primary responsibility is to build, develop, and manage a team of advisors and drive business through team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, build, and manage a team of insurance advisors

- Drive sales of Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Retirement Plans through the team

- Ensure consistent productivity and activation of advisors

- Coach and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets

- Monitor performance metrics such as premium collection, persistency, and conversions

- Support advisors in client acquisition and relationship management

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

- Participate in training programs and apply best practices shared by senior leaders

Desired Skills & Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to recruit, guide, and manage people

Education:

- Graduate in any discipline

- MBA or professional certifications are an added advantage but not mandatory
