Job Description : Channel Partner Sales - ServiceNow Platform

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Channel Partner Sales Specialist to drive growth through ServiceNow's partner ecosystem. This role focuses on building, managing, and expanding relationships with resellers, system integrators, and managed service providers to accelerate adoption of the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner Relationship Management: Identify, onboard, and nurture ServiceNow channel partners (resellers, MSPs, SI firms).

- Sales Enablement: Train and support partners on ServiceNow offerings, sales strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.

- Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets by driving indirect revenue through partner-led deals.

- Market Expansion: Collaborate with partners to penetrate new industries and geographies.

- Pipeline Development: Work with partners to generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales funnel.

- Joint Marketing: Coordinate campaigns, events, and co-branded initiatives to boost visibility.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor partner KPIs, sales performance, and provide regular business reviews.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with ServiceNow product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure partner success.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 5-8 years in channel sales, preferably in enterprise SaaS or ITSM platforms.

- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).

- Network: Established relationships with system integrators, resellers, and MSPs in India/Asia-Pacific.

- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
