Hiring: Manager - Commercial Strategy & Pricing
Location: Head Office, New Delhi

Reporting to: VP - Commercial Strategy & Pricing
Role Overview
Support the VP - Commercial Strategy & Pricing in driving end-to-end pricing and commercial strategy to ensure competitive positioning, margin growth, and data-led decision-making across brands and SKUs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own brand-wise & SKU-wise pricing strategy and price positioning
- Drive margin sensitivity analysis and contribution improvement
- Build competitive pricing maps across GT, MT, Online & B2B channels
- Design price-pack architecture and SKU optimization strategies
- Lead pricing governance, guardrails, and approval workflows
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, NPD, and S&OP teams
- Develop geo-pricing and channel-specific pricing frameworks
Candidate Profile
- MBA (Full-time) from IIMs / IIT (Mgmt) / ISB / XLRI / FMS / SPJIMR / MDI / NMIMS / SIBM / TISS / Great Lakes / XIMB or equivalent
- 8-10 years' experience in Pricing Strategy, Revenue Management, Commercial Analytics, Category or Growth Strategy
- Industry exposure preferred: FMCG, Retail, Telecom, Airlines, Consulting
- Strong hands-on skills in Advanced Excel, Power BI, Pricing Analytics, AI Tools, Big Data & Simulations
- Experience with Category P&L responsibility is essential
