Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end campaign development across ATL, BTL, digital, social, and experiential channels
- Brief and evaluate creative and media agencies; ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and deliver on objectives
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives in collaboration with sales, trade marketing, product, and digital teams
- Define and monitor KPIs including brand awareness, consideration, preference, equity scores, and campaign effectiveness
- Prepare performance dashboards, post-campaign reports, and quarterly business reviews for leadership
- Plan brand marketing budgets across media, activation, research, and agency fees
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources and optimize spend
- Manage procurement and vendor relationships for agencies, production houses
- Align internal teams (sales, product, finance, customer experience, digital) on brand direction and priorities
- Lead agency partnerships including creative, media, digital, PR, and influencer networks
Key Deliverables:
- Annual and quarterly brand plans with objectives, strategies, campaigns, timelines, and budgets
- Creative briefs and evaluation of all brand communication (films, print, OOH, digital, social, in-store)
- Brand guidelines, playbooks, asset libraries, and toolkits for internal and external stakeholders
- Post-campaign analysis, brand health trackers, competitor intelligence reports, and market share dashboards
Skills & Competencies:
Communication & Creative:
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft compelling brand narratives and presentations
- Strong creative judgment to brief, evaluate, and elevate agency work
- Storytelling skills to inspire internal teams and external partners
Commercial & Financial:
- Commercial orientation with understanding of pricing, margin, channels, and P&L management
- Budget planning and ROI analysis capabilities
- Comfort working with financial stakeholders and business cases
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Project and stakeholder management skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Agency and vendor management experience
- Influencing and negotiation skills to drive alignment across diverse teams
