Role Overview:
The Retail Private Banking- Relationship Manager /Affluent RM role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients within the Delhi NCR region. This involves understanding their financial goals, providing tailored investment solutions, and delivering exceptional client service. The role collaborates closely with investment specialists, product teams, and operations to ensure a seamless and personalized banking experience for affluent clients, ultimately driving revenue growth and enhancing client loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new affluent clients through proactive networking, referrals, and targeted marketing initiatives to expand the bank's market share in the Delhi NCR region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their financial needs and providing customized wealth management solutions.
- Offer a comprehensive suite of banking and investment products, including portfolio management, wealth planning, and lending solutions, to meet the diverse needs of affluent clients.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide timely market updates to clients, ensuring their investment strategies align with their risk tolerance and financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies while delivering exceptional client service.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including investment specialists and product managers, to provide clients with access to the best-in-class financial solutions.
- Monitor client account activity and proactively identify opportunities to deepen relationships and increase wallet share.
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Required Skillset:
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrated through a track record of successful client acquisition and retention.
- Strong understanding of wealth management principles, investment products, and financial planning concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex financial concepts to clients.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, assess risk, and develop customized investment strategies.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are preferred.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment within the Delhi NCR region.
