About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Relationship Wealth Manager to join our dynamic Wealth and Asset Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), delivering customized financial solutions, and building long-term relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of HNI and UHNI clients, providing tailored investment and financial planning solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis and risk profiling to recommend suitable wealth management products.
- Achieve business targets through cross-selling of investment products, insurance, loans, and other financial instruments.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to review portfolios and update them on market trends and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (research, product, compliance) to ensure smooth client servicing and onboarding.
- Attend networking events and leverage market intelligence to acquire new clients.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes.
Job Specifications: Candidate with following qualification / Experience only need apply:
- MBS or a related qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or related areas.
- A 5 years stable candidate in last job is preferred.
- For Metro Citi should have managed INR 500 Cr. AUM size; For Mini Metro Citi the AUM managed should be INR 300 Cr.; And for Small Cities the managed AUM size should be INR 200 Cr.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, portfolio management, and revenue generation.
- Proven track record of managing HNI clients and achieving business targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, Expert in Managing Documentation.
- Local market knowledge in the regions mentioned.
- Proven track record in managing B2C line of business.
Skills:
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of investment products: mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, insurance, fixed income, equities, etc.
- Expert in MS Office and CRM systems.
Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and client-centric mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment
