Relationship Manager - Working Capital - Bank

Job Purpose :

- The role entails providing financial solutions to meet the working requirements of business banking customers and ensuring best-in-class relationship management and customer experience to become their banking partner of choice.

- The role bearer Acquiring new prospects through branch and maintaining existing portfolio, understanding client risk and offering various products according to their requirement.

Customer Relationship:

- Understanding the need of the Business and Professional loan customer and assessing their financial condition and fulfilling their requirement accordingly.

Profile Deliverables:

- Maintain existing BBG clients for the bank

- Perform various financing activities as per the customers requirement

- Increase wallet share by cross selling products to the customer

- Achieve individual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance
