Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Managers to drive Liability Product Sales within our Wholesale Banking vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients, driving CASA, term deposits, and transaction banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage corporate clients for liability products (CASA, FD, CMS, etc.)
- Deepen wallet share through customized financial solutions.
- Cross-sell treasury, trade finance, and cash management services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Maintain high service standards and client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related fields.
- 3-7 years of experience in corporate banking or liability sales.
- Strong network in the local market (Kolkata / Ahmedabad / New Delhi).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
