Relationship Manager- Wholesale Banking - 3+ years - Mumbai

Step into a high-impact role with one of India's premier NBFCs, operating at the intersection of Wholesale Banking, Corporate Lending, and Infrastructure Finance. We are looking for ambitious and relationship-driven professionals to join our Emerging & Growth Markets vertical as Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager.

This is your chance to work with high-growth mid-market and corporate clients, manage end-to-end financing transactions, and contribute meaningfully to India's infrastructure and economic development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Origination & Relationship Management: Acquire and deepen relationships with mid-corporate and infrastructure clients across sectors.

2. Deal Structuring & Financial Advisory: Lead credit evaluations, develop financial models, structure transactions, and negotiate term sheets.

3. End-to-End Credit Lifecycle Management: Handle proposal creation, sanction, documentation, disbursement, and post-loan monitoring.

4. Risk, Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and RBI/sectoral regulations.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal teams (Credit, Legal, Risk, Operations) and external partners (syndicators, lenders, advisors) for smooth transaction execution.

Role Requirements:

1. Experience: 3+ years in NBFCs, Wholesale Banking, or Corporate Banking with exposure to infrastructure or project finance.

2. Technical Acumen: Strong grasp of financial modelling, credit appraisal processes, and structuring complex lending solutions.

3. Regulatory & Market Awareness: Familiarity with RBI norms, sectoral guidelines, and evolving trends in NBFC and corporate finance.

4. Client-Focused Mindset: Proven ability to manage senior-level corporate relationships and deliver tailored financial solutions.

5. Ownership & Agility: Ability to independently drive deals with accountability, compliance, and performance delivery.
