Looking for Relationship Manager / Wealth Manager

Location: Mumbai / Hyderabad

Experience: 7-10 years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to act as a primary wealth partner to HNI/UHNI families. This role goes beyond portfolio management and focuses on understanding family context, business dynamics, generational goals, and long-term wealth strategy.

This is a high-trust, high-accountability role for professionals looking to evolve from a product-led RM into a holistic wealth advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship & Advisory:

- Own end-to-end relationships for a set of HNI/UHNI families

- Build strong, multi-generational relationships with family principals and next-gen members

- Lead discussions on asset allocation, wealth structuring, liquidity planning, and long-term capital strategy

- Translate family goals into integrated solutions across investments, estate planning, governance, and philanthropy

Investment & Wealth Oversight:

- Collaborate with internal investment, legal, and tax teams to deliver holistic outcomes

- Ensure portfolios are aligned to client risk appetite, IPS, liquidity needs, and life events

- Participate in portfolio reviews, investment discussions, and strategic reallocations

- Provide insights across public markets, private markets, and alternative investments (non-product-led approach)

Coordination & Execution:

- Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors (CAs, lawyers, bankers, trustees, PMS/AIF providers)

- Ensure high-quality reporting, documentation, and compliance standards

- Maintain strong service orientation with high responsiveness and clarity

Business Development (Relationship-led):

- Grow client relationships through referrals and trusted networks

- Contribute to firm-building through client insights, feedback, and process improvements

Experience & Background:

- 7-10 years in wealth management / private banking / family office / NBFC wealth

- Proven experience managing HNI/UHNI relationships independently

- Strong understanding of asset allocation, investment products, and wealth structuring

- Exposure to business families / entrepreneur-led wealth preferred
