Role Summary:
Relationship Managers (RMs) oversee affluent client portfolios, drive client acquisition, and deliver high-quality advice in collaboration with dedicated Advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management
- Oversee client portfolios and conduct regular review discussions.
Business Development:
- Generate new clients through referrals and proactive networking.
Advisory Delivery:
- Partner with Advisors to provide guidance and ensure all recommendations are properly documented.
CRM & Digital Tool Utilization:
- Maintain an active sales pipeline in the CRM system and leverage the AI RM-CoPilot for daily activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3 to 5 years of experience working with affluent clients
