Role Overview:

The Relationship Manager - Wealth Management role is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients in the Gurgaon/Gurugram region. This role involves understanding clients' financial goals, providing tailored investment solutions, and delivering exceptional client service. The Relationship Manager works closely with investment specialists, product teams, and operations to ensure seamless client experience and achieve business targets. This role directly impacts client satisfaction, portfolio growth, and overall revenue generation for the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new high-net-worth clients through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing initiatives to expand the firm's client base and assets under management.

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients by providing proactive communication, personalized service, and regular portfolio reviews to foster client loyalty and retention.

- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients to understand their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizon, enabling the creation of customized financial plans and investment strategies.

- Recommend and implement suitable investment solutions, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and alternative investments, based on client needs and market conditions to optimize portfolio performance.

- Monitor client portfolios regularly, providing performance updates and making necessary adjustments to ensure alignment with client goals and market trends to maintain portfolio health and achieve desired returns.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies while managing client relationships and transactions to mitigate risk and maintain the firm's reputation.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including investment specialists and product managers, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions and exceptional client service to enhance the overall client experience.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored investment solutions.

- Proven expertise in wealth management products and services, including investment advisory, portfolio management, financial planning, and private banking.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with high-net-worth clients and internal stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client financial situations, develop investment strategies, and resolve any issues that may arise.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
