Wealth RM/Current Account RM - South Bombay

Wealth RM-:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with affluent & high-net-worth individuals in the Rajkot region.
- Understand each clients financial situation, goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences.
- Propose and manage personalized wealth solutions: mutual funds, bonds, insurance, structured products, discretionary or non-discretionary investment services.
- Cross-sell other bank product offerings such as savings and current accounts, fixed deposits, loans, credit cards, etc.
- Grow Asset Under Management (AUM) / Overall Relationship Value (ORV) by increasing business from existing clients and onboarding new clients.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews / client meetings to ensure the clients financial plan remains aligned with changes in the market and client's life stage.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, regulatory changes, investment product innovations.
- Maintain strict compliance with banks policies, KYC / AML norms, risk controls.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and excellent client experience.
- Achieve assigned sales / revenue / growth targets for the wealth / priority / HNI segment.

Customer Engagement:
- Customer engagement / personal visits at pre-defined frequency
Customer Service Specialized resource to pro-actively resolve customer queries, service requirements, product customization, etc to ensure primary banking behaviour
Enhance Relationship Value Enhancement:
- Help customer with appropriate products to fulfil family and business banking needs, including those of Group Firms, and thereby maximize relationship value
- Product Penetration Understand customers business profile / requirements and fulfil needs via products/services such as Trade Finance / Forex, Cash Management Services, POS Machines / Payment gateway solutions, doorstep banking, Loans, Life / General Insurance etc.
Migration to Digital Platform:
- Migration of transactions to Digital Banking Channels i.e. Net Banking/ E-Net, Mobile Banking, Phone Banking, Insta-Alerts, Email Statements etc as per customer profile / needs / preference
- Central Initiatives Maintaining portfolio health i.e. Account activation & balance maintenance
- Ensure action on central triggers / customer service initiatives
