1. Relationship Management & Growth

- Lead and grow relationships with Digital E-Com and new-age companies, focusing on liabilities, assets, P&L, and corporate partnerships.

- Interface directly with founders and internal stakeholders to deliver client-centric solutions.

2. Product Innovation & Customization

- Design structured credit products and tailor innovative transaction banking solutions for cutting-edge startups.

3. Brand Building & Thought Leadership

- Establish the brand as a thought leader in the startup and VC & PE investor ecosystem, driving mindshare and growth.
