Role Brief:
Responsible for managing and growing a new client base by driving broking and TPP revenue, acquiring clients, and strengthening client relationships through effective advisory and service.
Role Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned targets for broking and TPP revenue
- Acquire new clients for trading and investment accounts
- Cross-sell and up-sell TPP products through direct client engagement
- Ensure timely margin collection for trades across payment modes
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client relationships
- Provide advisory support and enhance client engagement and satisfaction
Role Requirements:
- 2-6 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in stock broking
- Strong communication, analytical, and client-handling skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Graduate from any stream
- MBA / Postgraduate in Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred
