Role Titles : Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager / Cluster Head
Core Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of High Net-Worth (HNI) and Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals (UHNI), delivering personalized, holistic wealth management solutions tailored to each client's financial objectives.
- Investment Advisory: Provide comprehensive investment advice across multiple asset classes including:
- Mutual Funds
- Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
- Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)
- Fixed Income Securities (Bonds, Debentures)
- Life and General Insurance products
- Structured Products and other bespoke investment solutions
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:
- Acquire new clients through existing networks, referrals, and business development initiatives.
- Build deep, long-term client relationships based on trust, service excellence, and results.
Financial Planning & Advisory:
- Offer proactive financial planning aligned with clients' short-term and long-term financial goals (wealth creation, succession planning, retirement, tax optimization, etc.).
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and rebalancing in accordance with market trends and client life events.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- (Applicable to Cluster Head/Senior RM roles)
- Mentor and manage a team of RMs, ensuring target achievement and high service standards.
- Collaborate with product, research, compliance, and operations teams to deliver seamless service.
Regulatory & Compliance Adherence:
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines (SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI, etc.).
- Maintain transparent documentation, due diligence, and risk assessments in all client interactions.
