Job Description:
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to lead branch operations, manage a team, drive business growth, and manage retail and HNI customer relationships and portfolios.
Lead day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Manage, mentor, and drive the performance of the branch team.
Drive sales and business development initiatives to achieve branch revenue and growth targets.
Manage relationships with retail and HNI customers, understand their financial needs, and provide suitable banking and investment solutions.
Develop and maintain a strong customer portfolio through acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and relationship deepening.
Monitor customer portfolios and identify opportunities to increase product penetration and wallet share.
Ensure adherence to operational, regulatory, compliance, and risk-management requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Track branch performance, sales metrics, portfolio growth, and business pipelines.
Build strong relationships with customers and local business networks to generate new opportunities.
Required Skills:
- 5 - 10 years of experience in branch management, retail banking, relationship management, or wealth management.
- Experience managing HNI/retail customer portfolios preferred.
- Strong understanding of banking, investment, and financial products.
- IRDA, AMFI, and NISM certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in team management, sales, and portfolio management.
- Strong customer relationship, communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in banking/financial services.
