The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a naturally pleasant demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role demands high energy, confidence, and a polished presence to build lasting relationships with discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, engage, and build relationships with walk-in clients to ensure a premium brand experience.
- Understand client preferences and guide them through the product range to help make confident purchase decisions.
- Maintain and grow long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-ups and personalized service.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets by effectively promoting products and upselling where appropriate.
- Manage client data and interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, special requests, and client servicing.
- Represent the brand with elegance, enthusiasm, and professionalism at all times.
Desired Profile:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- High level of energy, positivity, and customer orientation.
- Strong sense of grooming, etiquette, and presentation befitting a luxury retail environment.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Prior experience in luxury retail, jewellery, hospitality, or customer service will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and data entry (CRM experience preferred).
