Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Understand individual client needs, lifestyle preferences, and investment goals to recommend appropriate real estate assets.
- Act as a single point of contact for end-to-end property transactions.
Developer Liaison:
- Develop strong partnerships with premium/luxury real estate developers to get priority access, pricing, and exclusive inventory.
- Negotiate terms with developers to secure best-in-class deals for clients.
- Stay updated on upcoming high-value projects and market trends.
Sales & Advisory:
- Present curated property portfolios that align with the clients profile.
- Offer insights on real estate market movements, investment opportunities, and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate site visits, due diligence, and deal closure with discretion and professionalism.
Client Servicing & Engagement:
- Provide high-touch service with confidentiality and customization.
- Organize exclusive previews, launch events, and property showcases.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and transactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience handling UHNI clients in real estate, private banking, or wealth management.
- Deep understanding of the luxury/premium real estate market.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong network among developers, brokers, and HNI networks.
- Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and high emotional intelligence.
