Designation: Relationship Manager - Real Estate

Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata

Experience: 7-12 years

Role & Responsibilities:

- To create, organize, syndicate, and carry out transactions across the real estate financing spectrum, the RM will collaborate closely with corporates, intermediaries, and real estate developers.

- Find and create financing options for residential, commercial, mixed-use, warehouse, and other real estate asset types.

- Source deals with several real estate developers, such as:

1. Finance for construction-LRD, or lease rental discounting

2. Prospects for refinancing

3. High-yield financing options and structured credit-Establish and preserve connections with real estate companies' developers, promoters, CFOs, and CXOs.

- Evaluate sponsor strength, asset quality, business models, project cash flows, and transaction risks.

- Organize financing options according to internal risk criteria and client needs.
