Role Overview

Seeking an experienced professional to join our Real Estate Finance team in Mumbai, with responsibility for handling transactions and client relationships. The role is primarily execution focused appraisal, transaction evaluation, note preparation, client management, and asset monitoring along with support to origination.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end evaluation of real estate financing transactions (financial modeling, cash flows, security & receivable cover).

- Draft and present approval notes and credit papers for internal committees.

- Manage relationships with CFOs, promoters, and senior stakeholders of developer clients.

- Oversee asset monitoring - project progress, collections, and covenant compliance.

- Support senior leadership in business development/origination for Mumbai / Navi Mumbai Kolkata markets.

Requirements

- CA/MBA (Finance)/CFA or equivalent qualification.

- 5+ years' experience in real estate finance / corporate lending.

- Experience in Real Estate is preferable

- Strong credit and execution capabilities with client management experience.

- Market knowledge of Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Kolkata real estate sectors
