Role Overview:

The Relationship Manager - PSU will be responsible for managing and deepening relationships with Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Government-linked entities, and large corporates. The role involves origination, client coverage, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring portfolio profitability while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, manage, and enhance banking relationships with PSU clients including Central/State undertakings, Government-linked corporations, and allied entities.

- Originate and execute lending transactions (working capital, term loans, project finance, etc.) and cross-sell products like trade finance, treasury, CMS, and investment banking solutions.

- Prepare credit proposals, financial analysis, and ensure timely renewal/review of credit facilities.

- Monitor portfolio health, track account performance, and proactively manage risks.

- Build strong internal stakeholder collaboration with Credit, Risk, Treasury, Transaction Banking, and other product teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

- Drive liability growth (CASA, deposits) and fee-based income from PSU clients.

- Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies.
