Position Summary
The Relationship Manager - PSU is responsible for acquiring, managing, and deepening relationships with Public Sector Enterprises, including Central and State Government undertakings and departments. The role focuses on driving business growth through strategic client engagement, deposit mobilization, and cross selling of banking products.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with PSU and government clients.
- Ensure high levels of client retention and satisfaction.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue opportunities for Current Accounts, and other banking products.
- Expand the client base and increase market share within the assigned geography.
Portfolio Management & Profitability:
- Design and implement customized strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.
