Job Title: Relationship Manager
Department: Wealth Management

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Kochi
Job Purpose: The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring new-to-firm (NTF) clients, driving revenue generation, and managing relationships with HNI, UHNI, and corporate clients. The role involves providing wealth advisory services and ensuring consistent growth of Assets Under Management (AUM) / overall book size.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Critical Responsibilities:
- Analyse clients' financial information to design strategies aligned with their financial goals.
- Track and monitor financial market trends to ensure client portfolios remain responsive.
- Drive consistent growth in AUM / book size.
- Achieve business targets through client acquisition and investment product sales.
- Develop new business opportunities by acquiring and managing high-net-worth clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings to provide market updates and portfolio reviews.
2) Routine Responsibilities:
- Assess client portfolios and recommend suitable financial products.
- Identify customer needs and evaluate their risk appetite.
- Share regular business and client updates with reporting managers.
- Build and execute customized plans to meet clients' evolving financial requirements.
Role Requirements:
1) Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
2) Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in Wealth Management; prior experience in a wealth platform or banking environment is essential.
3) Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management platforms.
4) Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office & MS Excel; AMFI and IRDA certifications preferred.
