Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Develop, manage, and retain a portfolio of affluent clients, serving as their primary contact.
- Financial Advisory: Offer personalized investment strategies, financial planning, and advice across various asset classes (equities, commodities, MFs, Insurance).
- Business Development: Acquire new HNW relationships, increase wallet share from existing clients, and identify cross-selling/upselling opportunities.
- Service Delivery: Collaborate with specialists (investment, credit, etc.) to provide integrated banking and wealth solutions.
- Reporting & Analysis: Conduct portfolio reviews, analyze trends, prepare reports for clients and management, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively address client concerns, feedback, and escalations.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies.

Typical Requirements:
