Private Banking - Relationship Manager (Private Pioneer)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Private Relationship Manager (Private RM) to join a leading private sector bank's Private Banking Division. The candidate will be responsible for managing HNI/Ultra-HNI client relationships, delivering customized wealth solutions, and deepening client engagement across investment and banking products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire, manage, and retain HNI / Ultra-HNI clients in the private banking segment.
- Deliver comprehensive wealth solutions across:
- Mutual Funds (MFs)
- Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
- Alternate Investment Funds (AIFs)
- Bonds / Structured Products
- Insurance Solutions (Life, Health, General)
- Ensure end-to-end client servicing with a strong focus on compliance and client satisfaction.
- Grow the Assets Under Management (AUM) through advisory and investment solutions.
- Cross-sell CASA, Fixed Deposits, and lending products in line with client needs.
- Liaise with internal product, investment, and service teams to deliver seamless client experience.
- Maintain awareness of market trends, regulatory guidelines, and competitor offerings to provide updated advice to clients.
Candidate Profile:
- Currently working in Private Banking / Wealth Management with experience handling private clients (mandatory).
- Experience with Banks, NBFCs, AMCs, or Financial Institutions.
- Proven track record in managing HNI/Ultra-HNI portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Insurance, and other wealth products.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and advisory skills.
- Minimum 7-12 years of relevant experience in wealth/private banking.
