Relationship Manager - Origination & Acquisition

Job Description :

- Target based Relationship building with various AIFs, potential investors and understanding of their requirements.

- Proactively discover, track and analyse investment opportunities and various prospects in the distressed asset space

- Tracking the competition and actively sourcing deals

- Assist in fund raising

- Creating presentations and pitch books for stakeholders

- Prior experience in a similar role

- Debt Advisory Transaction Execution skills

- Preparation of Marketing Collaterals (Information Memoranda, proposals, teasers), Developing Financial model & Good PPT skills;

- Liaison with Funds, NBFCs, banks & other financials institutions for placement of transactions in hand;

- Analysis of Balance sheets, market transactions and Industry and Company specific research;

- Support in ideation for origination of mandates

- Coordination with various agencies like TEV study, legal councils, valuers for procedural compliances;

- Manage client relationships at promoter and CFO levels

- Should be proactive with good verbal and written communication skills
