Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with mid and large corporate clients to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
Credit Evaluation & Proposal Preparation:
- Prepare credit proposals and In-Principle Credit Notes for committee approvals, demonstrating sound credit understanding.
Credit Risk & Compliance Monitoring:
- Track credit risk indicators, identify early warning signals, and ensure post-disbursal compliance, including covenants and documentation.
Cross-Functional & Legal Coordination:
- Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Compliance, and external counsel to support transaction execution and documentation.
Case Management:
- Handle timely reviews and renewals of client cases in line with internal policies.
Execution & Closure Support:
- Ensure smooth execution and closure of transactions with internal teams.
Audit & Regulatory Compliance:
- Adhere to audit standards and regulatory guidelines, maintaining compliance at all stages.
Ethical Conduct:
- Follow company values, policies, and code of conduct in all activities.
