Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with corporate partners, emerging channels, fintechs, NBFCs, brokers, and institutional clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner queries, escalations, and business coordination
- Ensure high partner satisfaction and long-term engagement
Business Development & Sales:
- Drive life insurance sales through assigned corporate and emerging channels
- Identify and onboard new corporate accounts and distribution partners
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual premium and revenue targets
- Promote group insurance, protection, savings, and retirement products
Channel Expansion & Activation:
- Identify new emerging distribution opportunities (digital platforms, startups, alliances, etc.)
- Support partner onboarding, training, and activation
- Conduct product training and joint sales calls with partner teams
Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines, company policies, and compliance standards
- Coordinate with internal teams (underwriting, operations, claims, finance) for smooth execution
- Track business MIS, pipeline, conversion ratios, and partner performance
Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
