Job Purpose:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Mid-Market Group clients by providing end-to-end banking solutions, driving business growth, and ensuring high-quality customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with MMG clients (turnover typically 50500 Cr)
- Acquire new mid-corporate clients and expand existing relationships
- Drive working capital business (CC/OD, BG, LC, term loans)
- Cross-sell CASA, Trade Finance, Forex, CMS, and other banking products
- Conduct credit appraisal, financial analysis, and proposal preparation
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and product teams for deal closure
- Monitor portfolio health, renewals, limits, and compliance
- Ensure asset quality, risk control, and timely recovery
- Maintain strong client engagement and service standards
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of MMG / Mid-Corporate Banking
- Expertise in Working Capital & Credit Analysis
- Relationship management and business development skills
- Understanding of trade finance and forex products
- Financial statement analysis and risk assessment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
