Role Overview:

Lead and manage a team of 4-6 Relationship Managers in a research-driven wealth advisory setup. The role focuses on driving team productivity, revenue growth, high-quality client advisory, and strict compliance, while also supporting key client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, mentor, and drive performance of RM team

- Conduct regular pipeline, funnel, and KPI reviews

- Ensure team revenue targets and client satisfaction

- Support RMs in key client meetings and deal closures

- Review investment recommendations and advisory quality

- Ensure CRM hygiene, documentation, and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

- 6-10 years of experience in Wealth Management / Investment Advisory

- Minimum 2 years in a Team Lead or supervisory role

- Strong people management and mentoring skills

- Hands-on experience in client advisory and investment products

- Detail-oriented with a strong governance and compliance mindset
