Job Description:


- We are seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to join Financial Services team.

- The ideal candidate need to have knowledge and experience in managing Financial Institutions, particularly NBFCs and Capital Market customers.

- The candidate need to have expertise in both asset and liability products with ability to interpret and analyze balance sheets, perform credit and risk assessment and undertake deal executions across broad range of financial products. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Banks and rating agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow relationships with domestic financial institutions Viz NBFCs, HFCs and entities into financial services business like AD2, FFMC, Fintech etc.

- Responsible for achieving portfolio level targets from existing and new FI clients in the region. Responsibility include Driving acquisition of new clients and deepening wallet share of existing relationships.

- Analyze client financials, including balance sheets and cash flow statements, to structure customized banking solutions & to drive cross sell across FI clientele.

- Strong focus on liability (Transaction banking, FD, Salary accts etc) and target pure liability relationship also from Fintechs and Start-ups) and to drive cross sell through digital banking solutions across FI clientele.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless credit underwriting, risk assessment, and product delivery.

- Monitor portfolio performance and proactively address client needs and risk exposures

- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate /Post graduates (preferred would be a CA / MBA )

- 7-8 years of relevant experience in relationship management within banking, rating agencies, or BFSI firms

- Strong understanding of financial statements, credit analysis, and banking products

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills

- Ability to structure and present credit proposals effectively

Preferred Background:

- Prior experience in Banking (especially handing FIs) or corporate banking.

- Exposure to working capital products, term loans, and liability management

- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards in the FI sector
