Designation: Relationship Manager - Infrastructure Finance

Location: Mumbai

Education: MBA/CA

Role & Responsibilities:

- Business development and identification of long-term lending opportunities in the various infrastructure sectors

- Financial modelling and completion of the structure

- Negotiation and completion of the term sheet with the client

- Creation of presentations for internal and external discussions

- Attempting to secure internal credit approval

- Closing the deal documentation

- Helping the business RM disburse the debt facility sanctioned to the client

- Periodically monitoring the portfolio

- Working with the sales team and potential investors for placements, including creating information docket, etc.

- Working both individually and collaboratively
