Job Title: Relationship Manager - Home Loans

Location: Bangalore (Local candidates only; no relocation)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Relationship Manager to drive home loan sales in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial product sales, proven experience in building and managing DSA (Direct Selling Agent) networks, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of home loan products through DSAs and direct channels.

- Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with DSAs and other sales partners.

- Guide and support DSAs in achieving business targets.

- Negotiate and close deals effectively while ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Monitor market trends, interest rates, and competitor offerings to stay ahead.

- Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales performance.

- Provide mentorship and support to sales agents to enhance productivity.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Home Loan Sales / Financial Product Sales.

- Candidates with 6+ months of experience in Home Loans will also be considered.

- Prior experience in managing DSAs or sales teams is an added advantage.

- MBA preferred.

Key Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent negotiation and deal-closure abilities.


- Relationship-building and networking expertise.

- Sound knowledge of home loan products, lending processes, and market trends.

- Ability to mentor and motivate sales teams.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and loan processing software.
