Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI), Family Offices, and institutional clients by providing comprehensive wealth management solutions. The role involves advisory, portfolio oversight, and distribution of investment products including PMS, AIFs, and other bespoke financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Build, manage, and deepen long-term relationships with HNI, UHNI, and Family Office clients

- Act as a single point of contact for clients wealth management needs

- Understand client goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences

Investment Advisory & Product Distribution:

- Advise clients on investment opportunities across PMS, AIFs, Mutual Funds, Structured Products, and other asset classes

- Facilitate onboarding and servicing of PMS and AIF investments

- Coordinate with internal investment, research, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions

Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting:

- Review client portfolios periodically and provide performance updates

- Suggest rebalancing strategies in line with market conditions and client objectives

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients

Business Development:

- Acquire new HNI/UHNI clients through referrals, networking, and market outreach

- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant financial products

- Contribute to AUM growth and revenue targets

Compliance & Documentation:

- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and KYC norms

- Maintain proper client documentation and ensure audit readiness

- Follow internal policies and risk management frameworks

Market & Client Engagement:

- Stay updated on financial markets, products, and regulatory changes

- Organize and participate in client meetings, investment discussions, and events

- Work closely with senior management and product specialists for complex client requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)

- Relevant certifications (NISM, CFP, CFA preferred)

- 5-10+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or family office advisory

- Proven experience handling HNI/UHNI clients and alternative investment products
