Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager - Healthcare Finance will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with healthcare sector clients, including hospitals, diagnostic centers, clinics, and medical professionals. The role involves identifying financing needs, structuring customized loan solutions, and ensuring portfolio quality while driving business growth in the healthcare finance segment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing customers in the healthcare sector.

- Understand client requirements and structure appropriate financial solutions such as term loans, equipment financing, working capital, and project finance.

- Manage end-to-end credit processes proposal preparation, credit appraisal, and documentation.

- Ensure portfolio health through regular client engagement and monitoring.

- Collaborate with internal teams (credit, risk, operations) to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

- Achieve assigned business targets and maintain compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 3-7 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in healthcare or SME finance.

- Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and financial products.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

- Proven track record of achieving business targets and managing client portfolios.
